haven't updated in a while.. but

You Know You're From Massachusetts When...

The person driving in front of you is going 70 mph and you are cursing him for going too slow

When ordering a tonic, you mean a Coke...not quinine water.

You actually enjoy driving around rotaries

You almost feel disappointed when someone doesn't flip you the bird when you cut them off or stealtheir parking space

You know how to pronounce the names of towns like Worcester, Billerica, Haverhill, Barre and Cotuit

You have driven to New Hampshire on a Sunday in order to get beer.

You know that there are two Bulger brothers, and that they're both crooks.

You know what they sell at a packie
You know at least one bar where you can get something to drink after last call.

You can actually find your way around Boston

Evacuation Day is a recognized holiday.

You know what First Night is.

You know at least one guy named Sean, Pat, Whitey, Red, Bud or Seamus

You think the rest of the country owes you for Thanksgiving and Independence Day

You have never been to Cheers.

When the words 'WICKED' and 'GOOD' go together

You knew that there was no chance in hell that the Pats would move to Hartford
You have gone to at least one party at UMass.

The curse of the Bambino is taught in public schools<br something "wicked pissa"

You have driven to either Rhode Island, New Hampshire or Vermont for a tattoo.

You see people like Steven Tyler (Aerosmith), slammed on your brakes to deter a tailgater

Know at least three Tony's, one Vinnie and a Frank(ie)

Paranoia sets in if you can't see a Dunkin Donuts, ATM or CVS within eyeshot at all times.

You keep an ice scraper and can of de-icer on the floor of your car...year round

You still try to order curly fries from Burger King

You order iced coffee in January

You know what candlepin bowling is

You drive 45 minutes to New Hampshire to save $5 in sales tax

You've pulled out of a side street and used your car to block oncoming traffic so you can make a left.

You've bragged about the money you've saved at The Christmas Tree Shop

You know what a "regular" coffee is

You Know You're From Connecticut When...
You have hiked up a big hill or small mountain at least once for a keg party.

You never went to a bar in high school.

You thought that the only highways were 91 and 84

You thought everyone couldn't buy beer after 8 pm

You actually thought that Hartford was big

You or someone you know has attended UCONN

You drive a JETTA

You still think that the Whalers are cool.

You have been to Misquamicut and to that little hot dog place

There is a farm within miles of your house

You thought bars were really for people over 21

Your high school thanksgiving football game was the highlight of your school year

You don't have an accent when you talk

You have known at least 2 preppy rich kids from
wow i definitley just had the most amazing weekend everrrr.

i was celebrating the red sox win, in boston with 3.2 million other fans. It was all red sox fans just relieved that we didnt have to go through anymore pain. I was with my brother and dad and we just celebrated all weekend. It is seriously like a non-stop party in Boston. umm, i have so many world series stuff right now we brought home newspapers and more newspapers. WE stayed in the hotel that half of the red sox players were in, and met some players. I think i got like 9 hours of sleep in the last three days.
And the parade, well that was amazzzzing. We were front row and i have pictures of Shill, Manny, D.Lowe, Foulke, Pedro dancing, Trot, Big Papi (Ortiz), and so much more. I mean just being in Boston was so much fun. We walked around Fenway for a bit and met up with my dads old college roomates
this weekend was ammmmazing. i cant even desrice how amazing it was. It is the coolest feeling in the world knowing that I was at the parade people will be talking about for years to come.

and by the way Mannys poster was hilarious.
"Jeter is golfing today. This is better."
and yes, i do have a picture of that too.

Man, oh man what an awesome way to celebrate this victory, It just wouldnt have been the same watching it on tv

Well school is going great so is basketball. It's kinda cool cause our whole basketball team is like one big family, no one like ever fights anymore, and our practices are soo much fun. Plus our coach is sweet and we always talk to her and stuff. I'm finally back from my butt incident thing, and oh yes it does feel good to play again.
I missed school thursday and friday because I was in Boston.. (the greatest city everrr). Well it was for my grandpas funeral and that was extremly tough. I don't think I stopped crying ever. Boy am I gonna miss him. But I got my flower from ethan today because of that Sweetest Day thing and that made me happy. But when I was in Boston my brother took me into the city on Saturday and we went into a bar somewhere and watched the sox game. They lost, but it was a good time.

I miss my brother, I can't wait for him to be home.
My sister is coming to my basketball game on Thursday which is exciting, and everyone else should to, even though there is a football game thing. The bottomline is, we win and they don't so you should come to our game.

Hmm. Well the Sox are on right know. and I have 20 bucks on the game cause Pedro is too sweet and we are gonna win tonight and Schilling is gonna pitch game 6.

But yeah... one last question.
How about them Pats?
20 straight wins is pretty darn good if you ask me.

And all you people that are saying that that isnt a big deal and that they play no good teams. Well I dont see any other team doing that so yeah. The Pats are sweet admit it.

R.I.P Papa
10/10/04

I hate your big dumb combat boots, and the way you read my mind. I hate you so much it makes me sick; it even makes me rhyme. I hate it, I hate the way you're always right. I hate it when you lie. I hate it when you make me laugh, even worse when you make me cry. I hate it that you're not around, and the fact that you didn't call. But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you. Not even close, not even a little bit, not even at all.

hah well i was watching 10 things I hate about you,
yupp i love that movie
and I really like that part, becasue I guess its kinda true

hmmm.
<333

wow since i am so cool, i decided to get one of these things.
i dont know any of those cool code things, so yeah the entries are gonna be pretty boring

well yesterday was so much fun, it was the boy basketball championship. During the national anthem Kris, Lauren, and Sam show up and we had so much fun. Well first Kris went over to the other teams stands and was cheering for st pats, and there were so many of them. They kept throwing things at him, and knocking his headband thing off, it was so funny. Then I got these clapper things, and lets just say i was annoying Sam and Lauren so much [ they voted me and Kris most spirited ]. Then me Sam and Lauren decided to make a television channel called CCA, and its gonna be all about catholic stuff.
Oh yeah, they had these cameras there so they taped the game. Brendan bought one of the tapes, and he told me that Me Sam and Lauren are on there cheering!

... By the way, St Pats won!

and thank you lauren for making this journal :)
